In 2017, 70% of the engineers and engineering leaders we’ve placed have been referrals. We’re really fortunate to have earned trust to this degree, we enjoy working with folks who know folks we know, and so we’ve put our heads together to build a referral program to say thanks. We’re also really lucky to be active members of an economically healthy industry so we’ve added a charitable component in hopes our work will help bring others into the field. Here’s the deets:
